1080P60 H.265 AV over IP KVM Encoder

Distributes one HDMI source to an unlimited number of displays over the standard 1G network you already have. The AVO-IP265HDK-ENC encodes 1080p60 video with efficient H.265/H.264 compression and rides a standard managed Gigabit switch, so display count is set by the network rather than by fixed matrix port count. Housed in a compact 8.03 x 3.74 x 0.85 in (204 x 95 x 21.5 mm) metal enclosure and powered over PoE (802.3af Class 3, approximately 3.48 W) straight from the switch, it rack-mounts up to ten units in a 6U frame or four across a 1U panel for high-density headends. It is the right choice for distribution, KVM and signage jobs where reach, per-seat cost and density matter more than 4K.

On that same 1G fabric it supports point-to-point extension, multicast distribution, distributed matrix switching and video walls up to 9x9, with intelligent wall-layout management and main-stream/sub-stream encoding for low-bandwidth preview or capture. A USB host port and two USB device ports deliver one-to-one and one-to-many USB/KVM, while bidirectional IR and RS-232 (pass-through and Guest mode) carry control to attached equipment, and an HDMI local loop-out feeds a confidence monitor without consuming a decoder. Streams are configured from the built-in Web GUI or a KanexPro Controller Box, and control runs over IR, RS-232, TCP/IP, Web GUI or controller. As the transmit half of a split encoder/decoder architecture, it lets integrators order the exact encoder-to-decoder ratio each job needs; its matched receiver, the AVO-IP265HDK-DEC KVM decoder, is sold separately.
