Minimum advertised price policy

What this is

This is KanexPro's minimum advertised price policy. KanexPro adopts it on its own. It is not an agreement, KanexPro does not ask any reseller to accept it, does not negotiate it, and does not seek or accept assurances of compliance. Nobody signs it.

Who it applies to

Resellers of KanexPro products. It does not apply to businesses, schools or public bodies buying for their own use.

The price

MAP for each product is the price published on the current price list, set at 20% below MSRP. KanexPro may change MAP at any time; an updated price list is made available when it does.

What "advertised" means

Any price a reseller publishes where the public can see it without asking:

  • the reseller's own website and any marketplace or e-commerce listing,
  • print advertising,
  • broadcast advertising,
  • email campaigns,
  • social posts,
  • displayed shelf or showroom pricing.

What this policy does not touch

  • The price you actually sell for. You may sell a KanexPro product for whatever

you choose. This policy is about advertising only, never about the transaction.

  • Prices behind an action. A price shown after add-to-cart, behind a sign-in,

quoted by phone, given in a written quotation, or negotiated in person is not advertised.

  • Bundles, where a KanexPro product is sold together with other equipment and no

separate price for the KanexPro product is shown.

  • Closeout, B-stock, refurbished and demonstration units, where KanexPro has

confirmed the exemption in writing.

What happens if it is not followed

KanexPro decides on its own, applies the same steps to every reseller, and does not bargain over them:

  • First — written notice, and seven days to correct the advertisement.
  • Second — trade pricing suspended for ninety days.
  • Third — the account is closed.

Reinstatement is at KanexPro's sole discretion.

No discussion

KanexPro staff do not negotiate this policy, do not accept undertakings about future advertising, and do not agree to reinstate an account in exchange for a promise of compliance. The only response to a question about it is to restate the policy and what the next step will be.
