Cards and ACH clear at checkout and the order releases straight away. Nothing is charged to apply. Request net terms. Reviewed after the account is approved, not now — we come back for bank and trade references and a signed Terms Agreement. Cards and ACH work in the meantime.

What an account gets you

Account pricing

List pricing is replaced by account pricing the moment you sign in. Resellers and organizations buying for their own sites are priced differently, and the account knows which is which.

Net terms

Card at checkout to start. Net 30 on request once there is order history, set on the account rather than applied for each time.

Unbranded drop shipping

Made for resellers: we ship straight to the end customer's site in plain outer packaging, with no pricing and no KanexPro paperwork in the box. The job stays yours.

API and MCP access

An MCP endpoint so Claude or another agent can look up a part, check account price and stock, and prepare an order. A REST API serves the same to quoting tools and ERP. Both in pilot — what they do.

Promotions and allocation

Quarterly promotions and rebate programs go to accounts first, and when a part is short we allocate it against order history rather than whoever refreshed the page fastest.

Stock and documents

Live stock by warehouse, drawings, manuals and spec sheets, and one-click reordering from past jobs.

What happens next

We check the permit number against the issuing state, open the account, and email the address given. Sign in and list pricing is replaced by account pricing throughout, with stock by warehouse and one-click reordering.

Nothing here is shared outside KanexPro. Documents are stored encrypted and opened only by the person reviewing the application.
