Verify the EDID DIP switch setting matches your amplifier's audio capability, check that the Optical cable is fully seated, and confirm the source is actually outputting audio over HDMI.
The ARC LED is flashing. What does that mean?
A flashing ARC LED indicates ARC is enabled but CEC communication is abnormal. Enable HDMI-CEC in the TV's settings and ensure the TV is connected to the TV(ARC) OUT port.
