Overview
Puts one USB-C cable at the table that carries a laptop's 4K60 picture, USB 2.0 to the room's camera and audio devices, and up to 60W of charging, over a single CAT6/6A run of up to 100m to the display. The US 2-gang wall-plate transmitter takes a USB-C input and an HDMI input with automatic, manual and priority switching, and the HDBaseT 2.0 receiver at the display adds four USB 2.0 device ports, HDMI out and a balanced or unbalanced stereo audio output. It is built for bring-your-own-device and bring-your-own-meeting rooms where the camera, speakerphone and display sit away from the table.
Both inputs carry up to 4K60 4:4:4 with HDCP 2.3 and HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG pass-through; the USB-C input runs DisplayPort 1.2a Alt Mode and charges the laptop at up to 60W when the wall plate has its own 24V supply. USB 2.0 travels at up to 255Mbps, enough for conference cameras, speakerphones, keyboards, mice and touch displays, and a USB host port at the plate gives an HDMI-connected computer the same devices. Bidirectional IR and RS-232, CEC pass-through and a DISPLAY ON/OFF button at the plate let the room be run from the table or a control system, and bidirectional PoC lets the one included 24V supply power both units.

How far will the kit run, and at what resolution?
Up to 100m (328 ft) over a single CAT6/6A cable, carrying up to 4K60 4:4:4 8-bit over HDBaseT 2.0.
Which video standards and HDR formats does it support?
HDMI 2.0b and DisplayPort 1.2a (USB-C) inputs with HDCP 2.3, 18Gbps video bandwidth, up to 4096x2160 at 60Hz, and HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG pass-through.
Can a computer on the HDMI input use the USB devices too?
Yes. The wall plate's USB HOST port (USB-B) is bound to the HDMI input, so a computer connected there by HDMI and USB gets the receiver's USB devices when HDMI is selected.
What does the DISPLAY ON/OFF button do?
It turns the display on or off from the wall plate by CEC, RS-232 or IR from the receiver, whichever is enabled.
Does the laptop charge when the wall plate is powered over the cable?
No. USB-C charging needs the 24V/5A supply connected to the wall plate's DC IN. When the wall plate is powered over the cable from the receiver (PoC), video and USB work but the USB-C port does not charge.
How does input switching work?
Press INPUT to switch between HDMI and USB-C by hand; hold it for 3 seconds to turn auto switching on or off. Auto switching detects the signal and the source's 5V, and a priority mode is available.
The display shows nothing. What should I check first?
Check the receiver's LINK LED is green, which shows the wall plate and receiver are linked over the CAT cable, then check the selected input's LED on the wall plate is lit green.
The laptop is not charging from the USB-C input.
Charging needs the 24V/5A supply connected to the wall plate. If the supply is at the receiver and the wall plate runs on PoC, move the supply to the wall plate's DC IN.
Does one USB-C cable carry video, USB and charging?
Yes. The USB-C input takes DisplayPort 1.2a Alt Mode video up to 4K60 4:4:4 with HDCP 2.3, carries USB 2.0 to the receiver's device ports, and charges the laptop at up to 60W when the wall plate has its own 24V supply.
What USB devices can I connect at the far end?
Conference cameras, speakerphones, keyboards, mice, touch displays and flash drives. USB 2.0 runs at up to 255Mbps to four device ports on the receiver, two USB-C and two USB-A, each 5V at 1A.
